Teso was born from generations of Italian cooks, family gatherings, and recipes lovingly passed down through our roots in Rome and Avellino.
Growing up in Calgary, our family kitchen was where traditions were preserved, stories were shared, and every meal was made with intention.
Today, we bring those same traditions to every focaccia we bake. Using authentic Italian techniques, premium ingredients, and a slow 48-hour cold fermentation, we honor our heritage while creating something uniquely our own.
